12 Steps To Wholefoods Course

This 12 months course, basically contains everything I've learned about healthy eating habits over the past 14 years condensed into one fantastic step by step program.  It gives you only the best practices, rather than a bunch of time and money wasters, in achieving excellent nutrition. Just what you really need to know, and over 1,000 great recipes in the Premium Course. This program is great for the whole family too!
It teaches you habits that heal your gut. Habits that massively improve your intake of bioavailable minerals. Habits that put your nutrient dense foods through the roof, bumping out high-calorie, low-nutrition foods.
If you want an experiment in whole foods, Robyn has developed an accompanying  Menu Planner, with recipes from 12 Steps to Whole Foods, menu plans, and shopping lists. It cost my readers who tested it about $100/week for a family of four.
Check out how you’re doing, nutritionally, on the GreenSmoothieGirl nutrition quiz. If you’re not where you want to be—don’t get offended—make change, instead!
If this course is too expensive then host an Ultimate Green Smoothie class with your local GSG Life instructor and earn it at a 40% discount!!

Are you getting enough recommended fruits and vegetables in your diet everyday?

According to MyPyramid.gov  you should consume at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day,  The exact number of servings you need varies based on your age, sex and activity level, with some people needing as many as nine servings per day. Doing so will give you both nutrition and health benefits.

Health Benefits

Eating enough fruits and vegetables lowers your risk of obesity, heart disease, birth defects, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, diverticulosis, constipation, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, infections, vision problems and digestive problems. Health benefits are greatest when you consume a variety of fruits and vegetables of different colors.
Truth Be Told
Here lies the big question... When is the last time you ate 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days in a row?  How about 2 weeks in a row or even 2 months in a row?
What if there was a way to get 10-20 servings per day.  How do you think you would feel in 2 weeks?  IF there was a cheap, affordable, easy way to do this would you want to learn more?
Register here for one of our live demonstration classes or watch this video and learn how you can start this cheap, affordable 10 minute daily habit that will literally change your life forever!

Super Blender

We purchased this amazing machine almost one year ago. It has been hands down the BEST investment our family has ever made.

I would say while converting our kitchen to a Whole Foods lifestyle we have used our Vitamix at least twice a day.

We like to make either green smoothies or mill our grain to make pancakes / waffles or muffins in the morning for breakfast,in the morning before coming down to school.

With our Whole foods kitchen we no longer have any processed cereals in our pantry so breakfasts are made from scratch. With a Vitamix that is truly and easy task!  Another added benefit is seeing the change and improvement in each of the kids and their overall ability to focus during their school work. Just one smoothie a day has made the biggest change in our family.

This past Christmas my parents were intrigued by the changes they saw in our family. This in turn inspired them to buy a Vitamix too. My mother works once a week with an organic gardening co-op so she comes home with plenty of produce. She has found being able to make a green smoothie with her Vitamix every morning helps her not waste any of the produce. I personally am amazed by the overall change in my parents energy levels and overall health!
